Cyber Operations™ provides our clients peace of mind by securing their networks via ACL Compliant Director as well as providing physical access control with our Cyber BAM biometric access control solution. Cyber Operations completes this security package by offering our Cyber VSS video surveillance solution.

Protect and monitor your facility with the capability of viewing live operations from anywhere in the world. Our solutions are tailored to each client's needs and are designed and installed by certified technicians. Specific camera recommendations are intended to meet the individual environments of each client, such as discrete dome-style cameras for hotels. Cyber operations also offer outside camera housing, which are more visible to deter negative activity and desktop and shelf mounted cameras, for use in vaults and other highly secure areas.

Advances in digital technology have made video surveillance systems far more cost-effective, flexible, and simple to operate. Security systems using IP (Internet Protocol) cameras are easy to install and maintain, and can be customized and scaled to perfectly match your specific needs. IP-based video surveillance is widely predicted to be the way of the future.

The most difficult part of setting up a video surveillance system is finding the right cameras for your specific application. IP cameras come in so many varieties that choosing the right models may seem daunting. What makes one camera different from another? What kind of cameras work best for retail stores? For homes? Hospitals? How do you figure out exactly what you need? Cyber Operations takes these questions and along with each client performs a thorough walk-thru and will design a turn-key solution allowing our clients to concentrate on their individual business needs. The Cyber VSS Server is the cornerstone of the product and is used to convert the camera's signals into digital files.

The Cyber VSS Server is the cornerstone of the product and is used to convert the camera.s signals into digital files. A single server allows you to connect up to 32 cameras and can be linked to other servers to support hundreds of cameras. The server typically will store the video on its local hard drive but can also be configured to support network storage or other Windows based storage systems. The user interface is easy to use and has a standard Windows interface. You can view up to 32 video streams in multiple display configurations.

Our video server application known as the Monitor Station is the primary user interface and is the key feature to our solution. From an end user point of view, it provides centralized viewing of live and recorded images from any server. System and Security Administrators use the Monitor Station to setup and configure all servers and cameras from a central location. Our server application has two primary functions: it records the video and provides tools to view live or recorded video. The system is designed to be easy to use while having very powerful features like multi- server environment (unlimited servers and cameras) with central management and monitoring.

THE VIEWING PANEL can be configured to show from one to 32 cameras in various configurations. The layout buttons at the top of the viewing panel allow you to control the number of cameras displayed. Click on the 4 camera grid and it displays the first four cameras.

NAVIGATION TREE STRUCTURE allows a user the ability to single click on an image to change the focus of a single camera, view recorded video and modify the settings of each camera.

MULTI-LAYERED FACILITY MAP To help locate cameras across your organization, you can import images of your facilities into the video server. These maps can be accessed from the Server, Network Client or Web with camera labels turning red to indicate motion. You can position the Facilities Map on the screen to allow you to navigate between the maps and cameras. Our easy to use setup, allows you to take advantage of this feature without any customization.

THE WEB CLIENT has all the basic functionality of the Network Client without having to load any software, plug-in or ActiveX control. This is very useful if your organization has restrictions about loading applications or is using other browsers. You can view analog and IP security cameras from multiple video servers at the same time and view recorded video from any of the surveillance cameras. You can control PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) cameras online, view facilities maps, view up to 32 security cameras from multiple video servers in a single window. The system supports multiple users and is tightly integrated into the Windows operating system for complete security and by utilizing the user manager, you can restrict users from viewing specific cameras, control PTZ's and restrict their ability to play recorded files.

THE HEALTH MONITOR runs as a service in the background and monitors the receipt of messages from other Cyber See. servers to ensure server uptime and reporting of any issues affecting the servers or cameras. The Health Monitor can be configured to send email alerts to the appropriate individual if messages from the servers are not received within the pre-determined time frame. The Cyber See. servers also send messages to the Health Monitor on camera operation and disk storage usage.
